Thank you. I must say that, overall, I was. But like all of us, I had my faults and I had my moments.
But as I've said many times before, I would've moved Heaven and Earth to repair, reconcile, rebuild and resume.

The difference between our faults/moments and their faults/moments is we can handle them as an adult and not a 14 year old spoiled brat who didn't get their way.

I wasn't perfect in my marriage either and maybe somedays I was bored as well however that doesn't give me license to go spread my legs for any Tom, Dick or Harry that walks by - THAT is the difference between them and us.

Apologies for searing that image into your head (((Hugs))) grin

Avermont, I wanted to answer you here as well as over at Serenity's where you posted to make sure you see it.

You can't "do" detachment. But if you do everything else, DB-wise, detachment "happens."

Yes, Definitely. It's support, commiserating, and better than the interminable waiting for a response - any response - after you've bared yourself and put yourself out there and the ensuing minutes feel like hours.

So--here are best wishes to you all. I'll keep checking in.
Thank you. Do you have your own "home" thread? I haven't been able to locate it.

Just printed it out, folded it, and put in my Bible.
Thanks again.
Good night.
Peace

Gman, I'm glad that you're heading for satisfactory closure without breaking the bank. Just a quick note to wish you the best in life, love and happiness from this point forward.

Thank you, Buddy. And to you.

BTW, bank's already broken, so it couldn't be broken twice! crazy

Gardener,

I am exhausted from my GAL activity tonight, but I wanted to send some thoughts and prayers your way.

You have handled things with grace, dignity, maturity that we should all aspire too.

Peace to you this day, and in the future. With your skill and attitude, the world in front of you is wide open. I look forward to, and honored, in following along as you make it..
