I say buy P90x

I lost 10 lbs at the beginning, then put on 30, now I've dropped about 15.

The key is protein shakes and no dinner...I'm serious.

I agree w/ Dane and the sleeping- used to be able to sleep the whole night through, now it's 2 hour bursts and wake up w/ sheets soaked in sweat

About 20 pounds in the first 2 weeks, and I was already pretty slim.

Work colleagues were shocked at how I looked.

My digestive system completely shut down and could only take fresh fruit for weeks.

I remember the dryness and even the strange taste (what I now know to be ketones) in my mouth.

35 pounds in a couple of weeks when this started, and have been able to keep it off to date. My appetite is healthy again, but I am walking my dog more.

I lost about 10 pounds recently after a mini-bomb, but that has come back. I still skip the occasional breakfast though...

In the month of January I couldn't eat a thing. I just had a perpetual sick feeling in my stomach so I ate mostly apples and string cheese.

I lost 10 lbs that month. I finally got my appetite back but I still find myself (towards the end of every meal) starting to feel sick so it's not gone completely.

If it weren't for the beer I drink I'd be 20 lbs lighter by now but I'm working on it!

Luv

I have lost about 15 so far....but its not really that positive. I would say I am underweight now.
