If this is true, then you should file for sole custody now and insist your H only have supervised visits with your son until he can concretely prove this OW is completely out of the picture. There is no way a 5 time convicted felon with an upcoming prison term should be anywhere near your son IMO.
Sorry for what you have had to deal with - stay strong. The healthy thing for you here is separation from this storm right now.
I plan to go for sole custody. I don't know much about how that works, as it's my first time, and don't know too many divorced. With sole custody does that mean every other weekend he'd have him?
