Not sure which way to go anymore

Now that I think about it, I think I will send him a message, no matter if he's made a choice or not. I want to tell him to stop talking about the things "they" do. Like today he was talking about how "we have a spot down low for the kids cups so Brian can get himself apple juice". I don't want to hear about the home he's made with her, or the things they do that are all couple-y and family-ish. It hurts and is a harsh reminder to me of what I no longer have.
