Pls help--confused and fearful

Strange how WAS/STBX is dealing with the D. He filed, there was only one attempt at serving me and then the papers were back with his L. He switched L and now my L hasn't received info on who his new L is. His paperwork was incomplete and sloppy. He also isn't receiving good counsel... doing lots of things wrong according to my L. More evidence of "the fog"... for a moment I was weak thinking, oh he's realizing his mistake and not wanting a D. He's waking up. Still the thought of him acting all confused and switching L and now not being represented... hmmm... I was thinking it was me that got this in action... he was taking it back and found out I got a L and now is looking for a new L. But it doesn't matter...

I've got to look out for myself now and my kids. He should be giving us financial support. Plain and simple. The ball is already rolling.
