H is still ticked at D18, bad... (He should be, and I should be more, but Mom's tend to buckle a bit quicker...) D18 is pouting and hurt because he won't talk much to her, nor believe her anymore. Oh, and MF, I finally did think of something to say that is related to your sitch (but not advice):
After seeing what a huge undertaking the house project was, I get how H felt overwhelmed by it all. Things like that are huge stressors* and then it's added on top of kids and a stressful job that keeps him away from home a lot...yikes.
Ok, that's all I've got. No insight as to why he's still physically passing up a hot mom like you.
*And that's why I have never wanted a traditional wedding. Too much to do about a single day (wedding) and not enough on the lifetime (marriage) ahead.
