i will not prosecute that incident. i have taken pictures and sent an email describing the events to my lawyer, so that it is documented. I told W that it is not acceptable and the next time anything like that happens I will file a police report.

I'm contacting her fam and friends to give them the entire story and i have told her i'm doing so. i believe that this is forcing her to make decisions. I have firmly put the stop communicating with OM or leave discussion down several times.
she has finally responded that she will move out by the end of the month.
