But believe me, I know all about wanting all the "wanting to improve yourself cosmetically" thingy.... W wanted after gastric by pass ... she did not need, and glad she did not get.... more beautiful than ever, even with her self percieved flaws... and extra skin issues after loosing 200 lbs in 12 months.
