Sitting here reading the "legal" stuff of divorce. THIS SUCKS!
He has stated again it is over.

When do I start the process ? Should I file - make him file ?

He even told my S19 last night - "your mother thinks I am leaving her for another woman" well if there was not another woman - the problems would not have gotten this BIG!~ I take my part in the issues - BUT I refuse to take any responsibility in him going to another woman. I was not a 'happy camper' either - I never strayed from the marriage!
