You have to be tough with the legal stuff. Get this right the first time around. Otherwise, you'll have to spend money later to go back to court OR...live with the lousy outcome of court now. Getting it right this time requires being tough and protecting yourself. Sounds like you are doing that. Just one fyi...the notes from her C can be obtained legally. Your L can ask for them.
