I really think you are all right. This is obviously a bit of a sea change for me. I have had to focus on my training for the last 9 years. Now my focus has changed.
Its about them. You all have helped me to see that. I have thought a lot about what you all have said. And I think you all are right.
And Cat I think there is a lot of good I can do up there and a lot of satisfaction I will get out of my new job.
I have had easy decisions up until now in my life and career and everything has worked out for me. its like I had a debt to pay. now I have made a tough decision but I think it will be the best in the end...
