Well, if you know her status is always changing then you must be following her as well!
She is on my IM on my phone. So when I go to look at any IM's or see who is online, I see her with her status of whatever she is doing at that moment. I just roll my eyes and move on.

But you DON'T move on!!! Seriously, your first step in healthy detachment is to take her off your phone or whatever it takes to keep from seeing her updates.
Everybody hurts. It's part of life. Don't miss the good stuff.
I know that it is further supposed to help remove her from my thoughts. But really, it just takes away another avenue for her to contact me if she needs to discuss. At least that is how I think it would be viewed.

Yes, I see that. I do know that she is constantly on the phone or IMing online with friends or texting with them non-stop. It is ridiculous. She even has her status posted about what she is doing at any given point whether it be out of the house or eating or whatever as if the whole world is waiting to see what W is up to. That drives me batty. Granted, that is a personal thing of mine.
But yes Drew, I see.
No, you obviously don't. You're checking up on her. Admit it to yourself.
