yesterday i GAL by: buying myself a new outfit
yesterday i GAL by: seeing a play with my sister

today i GAL by: having my sister and her BF over to watch the state of the union address
today i GAL by: running 2 miles on the treadmill

today i set boundaries by letting my mother know all i needed was her love and for her to be there for me...NOT to tell me what i needed to be doing, or what my H should be doing
