O'dog,
You sure you ok? You seem quite untalkative lately and monotone (if monotone can come across in writing). Flat, I guess is more like it.
Anyway, just wonderin'; just checkin'.

Yes, I have been very flat lately. Plan to see psy next week. Probably the same life goals and sh that's been bothering me for a few years now. I'm trying to stay in the present and doing a better job of it than I have in months past but there's something still in there bothering me.

I'm mostly untalkative about myself because I don't have much to say about Div. I live here. She lives there. We don't talk much and it feels better for me when we don't. No anger or anything, I just don't want to. Once in a while I'll get a nastygram such as: "Well u cld have let me kno about (child's) Rx b4 pharm closes" (I did yesterday) and I just ignore it.

Sounds like some chill out recover and heal time. If that's all it is, I'm glad. If it's something else, I'm glad you're seeing psy next week.
Endure. When we feel we can do absolutely nothing else, we can always endure. We have to.

I know. Just keep at it O'dog. Keep walking. You'll eventually get out of the trees and be able to see more around you. And finally get to a rise and the view will be better all around you.

Yep. That's one way of looking at it!

Hey Dog..

Sending you a smile.

It's the intangible that's beautiful in life. And you're a soul who lives it.

The beauty within you shimmers forth while cloaked in understatement. .. Depression, fear, anger... all displace what is good and flowing.

Lift the cloak more often.

*hugs*

Thank you Gypsy. Amazing observations.

__

I was doing well for so long but now the Black Dog is ripping the sh out of me.

___

Today, the she sent an email asking if we should try week on/week off with the kids instead of the 3/4 day split. Fine.

Then she asked about moving the youngest to a different school. Not fine. He's starting to learn. I don't want to change things up without talking to his teachers first.

___

Had a good lunch with Religious Friend yesterday. He was going thru a lot but seems to really expanded out. He's one of the few I know who gets into very deep emotions and pondering the big questions.

Been talking and texting with a friend too :-)
