Everyone else,

I do have some money in savings. It isn't that I don't have the money. Plus, worse case, I apply for unemployment this weekend.

Why would I help her? She is trying to do some things right in her life. She is going back to church. She took a permanent job that pays less because it is permanent with benefits in a very good company. The other positions were contract. This way she doesn't have to worry about finding another job in 6 months. So she is making 60k now. She was making 90k before with no benefits and ridiculously high health insurance.

She seems to be coming out of this fantasy high life that she was stuck in for so long. She is becoming grounded again. She was at the house tonight when I picked up the kids and she actually came over and gave me a hug when I congratulated her.

I see some changes going on in her. Slowly, but some changes none the less. I am not saying she is heading back towards me. But her over all demeanor is changing back to a nice person again.

I guess I am starting to see some traits in her again that I haven't seen for a very long time.
