Not sure which way to go anymore

I'm a nervous mess now. H asked me tonight when it was I last spoke to We the People about the $400 we can get back from them. He said he called them today to get more information about that and they couldn't find any record of it, were going to call him back. I'm all in a nervous tizzy now - is he going to get the money refunded, or is he going to go ahead with filing for divorce? I didn't ask because I'm afraid the answer will be he's going ahead with the divorce.
