Yep I started a boot camp program last week, 3 mornings of butt-kicking workouts a week for 6 weeks along with nutrition guidance.

Went to the store after the weigh/measure session last night. Bought some egg beaters, pouches of tuna, strawberries, all on the list of 'good' foods. Need a lot more protein apparently.

Loved the 2 hr late start this morning, counts as a school day but short! smile

OK need to go do some work. Another counseling appt tomorrow, looking forward to it!
