Forgot to add my good validation today, H has a rotten job to do today so when he txt to say he was waiting a call back I sent him hugs as I know its a nasty thing to have to do, the old me would just have been too balistic to care!
Honestly learning to breathe, take stock and validate the good bits has changed my life!
