need help fast

Hi newmama! I completely missed your last reply! Too much "fun" tonight I guess!

After I calmed down, I called H. I asked if he had gotten what he needed from the house and he said that he had seen me and that yes, he had. I asked him who was with him and he stammered "who do ya think" and I told him that I was uncomfortable with OW knowing where we live and he replied that he didn't think that should be a problem...then got a little defensive and said that they only went into the garage, not the house. I repeated that I was uncomfortable with her being at MY house and that it was totally disrespectful of him to bring her to MY house and aske him if he was prepared to explain in the event that he ran into one of our neighbors? He stammered and said he understood and would not do it again!

Locks got changed today for the house. I am trying to decide on if/when I should take the truck away for H. It was my Dad's, we inherited it...in my state...it is mine!

I don't know newmama about if it is legal to come here if he walks out. I know that it is no fault, 50/50 unless it is an inheritance. I have had a consultation with a lawyer...if I retain her, it is $1500 which would not be returned IF we would work things out...
