H - (While at the gym w/the boys, they're going to play bball, and I'm going to walk...) "There's no gym space avail. I guess we need to check the other facility." Me - "OK" H - "We're waiting...." Me - "For?" H - "You, so we can go." Me - "I have my own car, and I'm fine finishing my walking here. Go ahead."
H's VM while I'm walking... "blahblahblah gym space, blahblahblah craziness..."
H's call three min later - "Why didn't you call me back?" Me - "You didn't ask me to." H - "I don't know where the other facility is." Me - "Lights @ blahblah and blahblah." H - "Okaaaaayyyyy." Both boys in background. Daaaaaaaaad, we told you where it is!
I'm getting in the shower now. I got three miles in at the gym, w/the EasyTone shoes on!
Varsity bball game tonight, and S10's team is featured at halftime.
Just for the record, in case anyone wonders WTF I'm doing. I'm not being rude to H. I'm just really trying to not feed his emotional needs, since he's not feeding mine. I'm preparing for a conversation, which I can GUARANTEE he will initiate about my lack of conversation(s) w/him. Two dear friends from here helped me piece this together. And, they didn't even know the others' input!
