DW, I personally would not pursue it. Let it die, I agree with Clv. Maybe she is starting to realize what this means. I would not get my hopes up but this whole site, books, forum is about stopping Divorce, right? So, let things happen as they happen. I wouldn't even ask about it, maybe I would ask your lawyer what the implications are if the court gets no response. I have some other thoughts and will post later, I have to get to work.
