I don't have any advice luvless, still not there, but just wanted to say I feel you. I feel I'm in a very similar situation to you. One day their on...lets work on this M, then the next they are not only off of you, but they don't even make their children a priority anymore. The only way I get through this is to realize that my H is still quite confused about his life. So I continue DB'ing even though he is home now, and continue with what I have been doing for the past 4 months. Why quit now? You can do it. Have a great time with your friend. Focus on getting in some girl time, and try not to let you H control the happiness in your visit with her. If you do, you will regret it very much once she leaves.
