Have the first MC appt in a few minutes with the new guy. I feel pretty good about it... and I've been thinking about 180s I want to do/am doing. So here's my list for today:

1. Buy a guitar... something I've always wanted to do.
2. Join a tennis league (done).
3. Started writing in a journal every night.
4. Once the SoCal weather gets better, start running again.
