LMAO. I try not to think about much of anything actually. I chat with my co-worker to distract myself lol. When I run by myself I try to zone out and let my mind go blank. I guess it's like moving meditation lol.

Now when I do my test on the other hand, I wear a watch and check my quarter mile times and am constantly pushing myself.
