Jogging is a slow version of running and I for one only run if there is something chasing me. That is not a sight for mere mortals to behold. I have a warning sign much like that of a Roller Coaster: Not for anyone with a heart conditin, pregnant, contemplating pregnancy or if you do not wish to bleed from the eye-sockets. I'm a humanitarian, so I allow the Wii to verbally abuse me. Its a fair trade!

I hate running too. But unfortunately the Army says I have to be able to run 2 miles. So, I kinda have to. I do 5ks periodically to give myself a reality check lol. Went running after work last night. First half was okay, then the next part of the storm rolled in. We were pretty drenched lol. I think we're taking today off. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

LMAO. I try not to think about much of anything actually. I chat with my co-worker to distract myself lol. When I run by myself I try to zone out and let my mind go blank. I guess it's like moving meditation lol.
Now when I do my test on the other hand, I wear a watch and check my quarter mile times and am constantly pushing myself.
