Why don't you want her to sign a new lease? So she can move back with you?
Telling her that will challenge her independence. It may come off as you implying you don't believe she can do it on her own. Be careful of that, she's really trying to grow on her own and she needs to do it by herself. Now, if she got her own place back close to you, that would be pretty sweet lol.
