If the W has retained the attny before the meeting with W, W's attny and Tridoc then the attny should have explained to the W that any info shared in the meeting with the 3 of them is not confidential.
My sister went with me when I was prepped before court and I had to sign a document from my attny stating I knew our meeting was not confidential as my sister was present.
If the W did not yet retain the attny I am not sure how that works... as of right now w/o a retainer/contract nobody represents anybody.
So she has an attorney? Ha! She's been planning this all along...
Plan of Action: ===============
1. Go to an ATM and withdraw as much cash as you can to tide you over 2. Call your 24 hour hot-line and report that ALL your cards as lost. i.e. Get all the cards on your shared accounts canceled, immediately. 3. First thing in the morning go and open that personal account. 4. Get yourself a men's rights bulldog and unleash him.
Conduct in the Home: ====================
1) Walk around like you own the place... because you do. 2) NO skulking in the corners or hiding in the bedroom 3) Take control of the remote. 4) Ignore her. 5) NO housework... you are not the maid. 6) Be polite like you're talking to a (mental) patient when discussing anything about the kids 7) The kids IS all you talk about. 8) Act like the epiphany you've had
2X4's ===== WTF were you thinking about going to HER attorney? That lowers your value. It makes you look like an ignorant idiot which you are not.

Her attorney is a mediator. She is someone who works with couples who work cooperatively. She knows I'm not there, but my wife is meeting with her anyway and hiring her.
My wife has not hired an attorney to work for her.

Are ya'll crazy?! What a GIFT that Tridoc went to the attny! He got a good look at her and how she operates and hopefully took a long look around that firm and wrote down names. Get researching!
Sounds to me like he is in a good place in that dept. This attny (the W's attny) is all about 'well, its over so let's work it out all friendly'. HA! What great info!
It is best to look stupid, trust me! Then go in on FIRE.
My attny was about 5 feet tall and so tiny and soft spoken (this was my 1st attny who left the firm before the sr. partner took my case) and I thought 'oh crap' but once she got 'in action' well, she even scared me, lol!
Once the other attny took over I was worried. He was like a dad and so gentle. Um, not so much.
Think about what you learned today at that office!
If you do not get protect your cash now, it will get tied up, and then spent on lawyers etc.
When you get summons, it freezes money. People advised me to PIGEON HOLE CASH. Your wife most likely has been doing this if she has been in charge of the money.

You have very good points.
My W had her A draw up papers and wanted me to "Go down and sign them". There is a difference between investigating the competition and using your spouses A to finalize the D.
