Well, I figured it out on what to send or not send. Turns out D8 wanted to send mom e-mail about skiing today. So I let her type a note on my computer, then asked D3 what she wanted to tell mom and I typed that in there. Then two sentences from me: one about they really did do great on skiing. And the second about the dog's arthritis real bad, but I called around and researched and we'll need to take him in on Monday.

Hit send.

No greetings, no fluff, no goodbye or have a good day, just the facts tagged onto the girls e-mail.

She is really close to that dog, right thing to do to tell her something.

Been following Lost's technique of trying to imagine the worse with OM and W...helping...still a ways to go...but will continue until it stops bothering me so much.

Time for sleep...going to make sure tonight, sleeping pill time.
