My story, what to do next.

Need some advice on how to proceed next. Have long talk during day about EA. X from work is also going through D and they just began talking and tm because of their similar situation. She sees him as someone she could potentially date once D is final and she doesn't know exactly how he feels. I told her that bringing another man into our M is unacceptable. Already told her before that don't plan on being any type of friend once she files and that this EA is completely disrespectful to me and our children. She has no plans on ending it because she obviously cannot discuss everything with me.
