I'm hearing both of you Greek & RW, but which one is it to be, or both?

They are both basically the same in spirit. The message to W is: "Stop your A or I will ______________." My suggestion was to make her completely give up using the family home to store her things. Make her put on her Big Girl Panties and find another place to store her stuff but you just don't have room for it - with your new life and all! Think of it - a friend comes to you and says, "I'm having an A - can I keep my things in your house while I get my self settled in a new situation?" You would tell your friend to sod off. Well, that's really what she is doing. You are keeping her things safe and stored while she is having an A.

Or - you can do as RW suggested and tell her to end the A or you will file legally for D.

Either way - you call the shots and set the boundary.
