IMHO I think you are doing the right things. You have to do what is right for you. What your gut says. If this is what you want then do it. The LBS gets to decide whether to accept back the MLC'er. The MLC'er gets to decide when they are coming back. You can not decide the timing or push it faster but you can decide what YOU want.
