Detox days...

Start the day with a smoothie.

Greens+ Daily Detox , water , banana, Blueberrys , Strawberries, Blackberries and Rasberries.

Snack : almonds and walnuts

Lunch : Nice salad with some lemon juice

Snack : pear or apple

Dinner : (maybe fish ) , lentals and basmatic rice with some vegies ( There are tons of stuff here )

Oh yea no caffene either.

Its a very mild detox. So it does not shock the body. But it does make you lose some weight. Usually 4 or 5 pounds.

I am starting one next week. To clean out all that excess xmas foods and drinks.
