Men of a Certain Age: Season 1, Episode 7 Fathers’ Fraternity Premieres Monday, January 25 at 10/9c Joe goes to see his retired father (guest star Robert Loggia), who gives new meaning to the word grumpy. Owen’s wife and mother get upset when a commercial for the auto dealership implies that Owen’s co-worker, Marcus, is actually Owen Sr.’s son. And Terry becomes obsessed over finding out why he has been rejected for a youth mentoring program.
I watched the show last night! Of course I fell asleep and didn't finish till about 2 AM. Thank goodness for cable DVR. Terry really did become obsessed with his rejection. I liked the solution that they came up with for the TV commercial. Joe finally gets his father a job.
Loved the show - especially the parts with Joe's dad just sitting around the house...and Joe finally getting him to get out some. My kids say the same things at times about going to see my dad....never watches TV...always wants to READ (what a four letter word!...never wants to go to the movies....lives in an area where their cell phone reception is spotty. I found it amusing to see it played out on TV.
