Trying to move on

I just chickened out. W finally responded to three emails I sent over the past week. One was an offer to meet on Jan. 16 to talk about a divorce settlement.

She said she'd have to see if she can get a baby sitter and I responded that I have to work on the 16th.

I thought I did, but actually I found out the game I was going to work the 16th got moved to Feb. 8.

I don't know why, but I'm not ready. Maybe I'll never be ready. But I'm ducking the 16th and I may just duck the month.
