ST - I didn't feel he belittled my feelings either. He was more surprised that it bothered me... considering his history of his business, phone usage, etc...

Mostly, just a sensible, healthy diet, w/out white bread or pasta...
This isn't necessarily a DIET, it's an attempt to get healthier. I have eaten like garbage, not exercised properly, have been under major stress, etc... My metabolism is suffering, my lymph system is suffering, and supposedly I am not digesting proteins and fat correctly.
