on the shower banter...I don't think it was that bad. BUT, G is right, it's not really productive behavior. However, because of what happened later, it doesn't seem to be that bad because things still went well. and if it is something that seldom happens, then I wouldn't worry about it too much.

just do be careful on the bantering...if it's being sarcastic, or jokingly putting him down..that will eventually be a bad thing IMHO, even if they get a laugh out of it.
