Coming up on One-Year of DB'ing...

G, this ought to be interesting!!! Probably will happen tomorrow night, or Monday am while kids are in school...

H came home in wee hours from work. I wake up because the dog's going nuts. We talk, joke, watch some tv, fall asleep, etc...

This am I get up and take S12 to bball practice, and come back about 12:15 or so. H is in shower, had obviously just gotten up. So, I go in to chat (we both do this a lot...), and let him know we're home. First thing he starts in on "checking on things" I got done this week, that are on HIS invisible list that I should have gotten done, and you can tell he has a slight edge in his voice.

So, I go about my business, and cheerfully answer, because, WHO CARES... WTF, I've lived through years of him being overtired, exhausted during the winter months because of work issues surrounding weather, etc... Well, he starts in on a topic, and is getting edgier, and I answer him, and give him a semi-sarcastic, "Geez!" He sticks his head out of the shower, and blasts me for the GEEZ. (LoL) He says, "I've had the WORST f'ing week of my LIFE. I don't need to come home to THIS. Enough of your GEEZ. One more GEEZ and I'm turning around and leaving." (Now, seriously, this is a LoL! I mean, really? Any other time we banter back and forth...) So, as he's staring out of the shower like a psycho freak, I just reply... "It must have been bad for you to be like this! I'll talk to you later!" And, I left. He's calling my name, and yelling, "HELLO!!!!!!!!" (Serious LoL here, again...)

I go about my business, and he comes out of the shower. I act like the idiocy never happened. And, he's fine.

He comes into the kitchen, goes over the stuff I need on the list from the naturopath, and starts taking charge of it. So, he's going to get my stuff, will make the tea, etc... He's also talking about apt hunting re: D18, etc...

He leaves to go run his errands, and calls 15 min later re: D18 apt stuff. Offers to go look at some w/her if I'm busy, etc... Joking a bit, etc... I tell him what time S12 needs to go tonight to the varsity game (as it's Jr. High night), and we talk about the game, what they're doing, etc... He says he's not sure why we have to go since they suck this year. (LoL AGAIN) And, I tell him, "YOU don't! I will be happy to take S12, and enjoy the time w/friends and their families, since they will be there. It'll be fun to see S12 recognized." H replies, "Well, why wouldn't I go, we don't have anything else scheduled."

FREAK!

I've now decided that I'm not take any of this personal. He, CLEARLY does this when he is dog tired from work. Other days, I would have been reduced to tears.

NOPE! You wanna be a freak!? Do it on your own, and come find ME when you need me because I'm not stickin' around to listen to it.

Is that bitchy, db smart, or just plain psycho?
