I didin't reply,,, he has now text back I am sorry twice...so whatever... I hope he doesn't think I'm slowing this down..... I will borrow, beg,not steal to get the funds to see this thru.

He's paycheck is tricky. He works for major airplane manufacturer here... however, he is on a Military leave of absence from them since June - April or so.... he is a higher ranking military officer that is rolling with the big boys to help secure military needs for the Olympics.... so the way the orders keep getting written they are for only 30 days at a time... so the pay is sporadic... you eventually get it... it's just never fluid under these circumstances.... then when he goes back to civilian job... he will get paid every two weeks.... he then also makes money at his Air National Guard job... he can also do that as much as he wants and make easy money in a short amount of time.... so he is able to make as much or as little as he wants....

We didnt base the amount he is giving me on his salary...we based it on my need to stay in house and go to school. He will be receiving almost half of what I am getting.... and that's only for one person.... I will be paying a much high mortgage and raising two kids and paying for me school with mine. WE just took the total of child support which is $2500 and added the difference to the number I needed and came up with maintenance that way. ( I hate that word) It's for five years and then it's done. It's non modifiable..... of course this has not been signed, sealed, or delivered. But I would think/hope he will live up to this handshake agreement. I go next Wednesday for the first look at the draft.

That's why garnashing from his paycheck won't work.... although he makes good money.... it's place it comes from and the frequency it comes is fluid... so I would be waiting on that.... I just need him to budget for his shortfalls .... not mine.
