I'm so happy that things are going well with job and W. Good for you. How did you get to the point of speaking to her as a friend. I haven't heard from my H for almost 2 weeks. I was the one that almost started the texting or calling and so after an argument 2 days after Christmas and I did apologize I haven't heard from him since.
