I am going to a kickboxing class tonight! Have never done one, but heard they are super hard. Hope I can walk tomorrow!

That's awesome SO2! I joined a BJJ gym, and it can be some of the most grueling exercise, but you feel amazing after. Take your time though, enjoy, and don't try and outpace yourself on the first day!

Yeah...it sorta pisses me off now when I think about it too. He is assuming I am seeing someone based only on I went out one time and I have pulled away. Tells you exactly how his cheating mind works. He has had more women that the Bachelor on TV, yet I be social ONE time and he flips his lid!

LOL, sorry SO2. Probably had quite the mental imagery there, but I digress smile

BJJ = Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Ok, that looks really hard! Almost like wrestling from the picture. My son wrestles and plays football. He says the wrestling workout is alot harder than football.

SO2 - That is incredible news - I am so proud of you!! And you should certainly be proud of yourself!!

As to his dig about keeping the baby from him, your answer was perfect. I wouldn't bother with more info. The next thing to put in your phone is a quicker MYOB. Of course, with a smiley face after! smile

I can't wait to hear how kickboxing goes! You are amazing!!

Just don't get why he even gives a darn. He chose this life. He chose everyone and everything over us and the kids. He should be happy.

Kickboxing was really fun, but pretty intense! I loved it though. Got alot of frustration out. Can't wait to go again next week.

Just don't get why

This is a recurring theme in most people's sitch's, including my own.

I have found the best way to deal with it is to accept that we will never know why. Just accept that.

When we are asking 'why' we are placing our thoughts on someone else, we are not living in our 'present', when we should have our thoughts on us right now.

When your asking why about someone, accept you may not ever know why, and return your focus to you, your GAL activities and your daughter.

I have become much more peaceful when I do this, just letting go of the 'why' and accepting the way things just 'are' right now.
