I was going to the gym alot in the Fall but sort of got away from it. They have a really good childcare and thought a few days a week I would go in the evenings to keep busier during the high texting times of exh! Other days I will go in the mornings.

kickboxing saved me last year! I let out all my stress there! I stopped because when I moved, the kickboxing club I was joined ot had clubs by me, but no babysitting. The gym is my sanity, I remain focused elsewhere. Plus, it gets me an hour of me time!
