Well after talking with the sheriff, I couldn't press charges. They were criminal charges and I just couldn't bring myself to do it.She has a state license and that could jeopardize that renewal, her income and maybe my children. The next time, if there is one, I won't have a say as the record is kept on file.
So I took a copy of the signed waiver and hand wrote the following - Forgiving is a gift you give yourself- (I think it's from DB or DR), Thanks for the things we shared, Always S.
I Left it in her car. When she left she got to the end of drive and I could see she stopped, I knew she was reading it.
She called and I answered the 2nd time.
