My problem with your previous post is that you're spending too much energy trying to figure out how your wife found out that you contacted OMW. Does it really matter how?

* OMW told OM, who told W
* OMW told W, maybe not knowing she and OM are an item
* W might be referring to the soldier that you went up and down the chain of command on (not sure if this is the same guy)
* W might have overheard something completely unrelated and is fishing for answers
