Tell you what.... you come visit, and you'll get lasagna!
I had more tonight. I think I left enough for S20 to eat some tomorrow, but I will be able to something else for dinner! It's good, but three days in a row is about enough.
Jeffy, I knew you'd appreciate this. Last night, the family I'm staying with decided it would be breakfast for dinner. We made french toast w/ strawberries, sausage, and OJ. Cranked up the Black Eyed Peas and had a dance party (Goldey only has one good ankle, so she improvised). I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I'm trying to decide if I'm ready to get up and get coffee. Or go back to sleep. I'm on medical LOA due to the ankle. Taking care of Goldey. I could get used to this. Peace in 2010.
(((((goldey))))) Breakfast for dinner is a great change up, in my opinion! And it is lots of fun!
What's going on in the desert? Besides the beautiful weather, of course?
Back to work, it took a couple of days to remember what I was doing before Christmas, but there's been some pretty good progress the last couple days.
A woman on Match contacted me Monday, and we've been writing back and forth regularly. She likes sports, she golfs, she's a successful professional. She appreciates my sense of humor. And she has pictures posted! I am cautiously optimistic! We are going to meet Sunday, so we'll see!
I'm getting advice from my anonymous dating advisor, so I know it will go well!
I don't know where her first degree is from! She's working on another now, I would guess at Arizona, but I don't know that for sure.
She supports the Cornhuskers, Cubs, NY Giants, and Celtics! I'm going to have to get to the bottom of such an eclectic list! She even has a favorite golfer, Justin Leonard!
