and nice idea on the cell phone. I really bet there is nothing to be worried about with the phone. it's funny, I have absolutely NO desire to look at H's phone. I feel much better not even touching it! guess holding it brings back memories of me trying to snoop and finding things.

SHE SAYS... according to my blood, my metabolism appears to have stopped, I have some yeast issues, I should be falling asleep while walking, and have a lot of toxins. Oh, and PS - you have a lot of histamines. Are you feeling well? I'll email you the specifics. She took my blood, looked at it under a microscope, and then looked at the cell level, and eight levels below (?).
I have to drink the (what I call) witches brew tea - DETOX tea, and take a bunch of weird stuff. Similar to H's list...

Kara: I have 18 extra pounds on me, but, luckily I'm 5'7, and it isn't too awful. I do about the same amount of athletic activity, eat (and drink) about the same amounts. And, it's crept on. I knew something was wrong! Stopped is probably an exaggeration, but it's definitely barely creepin' along!
