Heated mattress pads in TX!? Love it!!! You know, I've been to TX (Dallas) three times. All three times in August, when it was like 113 degrees! Now, THAT is hot!

ST - 49-33, and S12 had 12 points. He also tripped, and fell flat on his face because his mom yelled, "SHOOT THE BALL, S12!" and I shocked him! LoL He says, "Mom, every other PARENT is courteous and is quiet when their child is thinking or shooting. You shocked me w/that yell!"
LoL Whatever! He should really shoot more. Coach Mom has spoken.

ANOTHER S12 bball game tonight, then off to the varsity game.
H just called, as he will be home for S12's game. Asked what the plan was for later, and I told him the boys wanted to go the varsity game, too. I think he was a little surprised that I wasn't making dinner, and "having a nice night at home" since he'd be in town until 10 or so (I usually try to make sure we're home, if possible, if he can be home... It's good family time, and he can't help his work schedule - MOST of the time...).
Guess I have to get off of this heated mattress pad, shower, get ready, and RISE!!!
Off to the naturopath this afternoon.

How are things? Are you settling into your new status post holidays?
I hope the good weather holds! I find a lot of the morning games this time of year are pretty cool. We call it cold. You'll probably think we are nuts.
Things are good. It's still hard to believe that my "status" has changed so quickly, but on the other hand it seems like it's been forever.
