I've had a couple of particularly vivid dreams about lovemaking with my wife recently. The first one, I half-convinced myself that something did happen in the middle of the night.
So yeah, I know how that goes...
Me too, though mostly non-sexual. Half-asleep, I would feel her or feel her move or wake up thinking she had just said something. For months! I would sleepily reply and then waking up a bit more, just kind of say, "that didn't just happen, did it?" Or, "I forgot: you're not there anymore. You're not here anymore." Sad.
