I had a great night out with my girlfriends. We went to the movies and then to dinner.
I am going to use the weekend to get caught up on some work related matters that I want finished for work on Monday as well as to spend a little prep time for my IC session next week. I also want to get back into cooking. I have eaten more fast food in 2009 than I care to recall. So, I will prepare a week's worth of meals tomorrow. Did somebody say Domestic Diva? LOL.
Your radiating PMA and GAL is such an encouragement and boost to me right now. I've been having two really dark days. That's when I remember to come on here and start reading and be inspired by all the people who are going through similar sh** and can reflect on where they are at with their sitches and how they are handling things, to which I am so very grateful, because I can start pulling myself back up as well.
You are doing great with your PMA and detaching! And yes, 2010 is the start of a new journey and path towards the great lives we are all so deserving of. Keep up the good work sweetie and I'm all about new shoes too, lol!
Hugs, AFG

I like your style! You sound good so keep doing what's working.
And I want to hear about the shoes! I haven't had a good shoe convo since my friends Tawnya and Amy stopped posting. My latest purchase is a pair of pink patent Mary Jane pumps with ribbons instead of buckles. Got them in London and love love love them!

Why I am honored that the Original DB Shoe Afficiando would stop by. LOL.
Shhhh..don't tell anyone but on New Year's Eve I bought a pair of dark grey slingbacks with cut outs at the side and a bow at the back. Sweet! I am kinda embarrassed to post this because people will think that I have an addiction and want to check me into Shoe Rehab. But, I console myself with the fact that I haven't purchased any shoes for 2010 so far (unlike certain people named Mindfull). Progress one step at a time, hmmm?
Your Mary Janes sound exquisite. Ribbons instead of buckles? And pink? I am loving them already.
You sound awesome my friend! I am so proud of you and your PMA...
Let me know when you cook dinner - I could use less fast food as well lol
I haven't purchased any shoes in 2010 either however my goal this year is to get a pair of Louboutins' - (That will be awhile after my monetary crap that has been tossed at me in the last day)
I have been on Ebay and found a pair, never worn, new in the box...
5 inches high, open toe, red & black and they my friend are GORGEOUS!

Kara... LoL Hey, I'm actually up two pairs! H and I took the boys to the mall tonight (S12 has nothing long sleeve that isn't 3/4 length sleeves by now.), and GUESS who got some Ugg mocc slippers!? Chestnut w/light pink bow! ($69, too! A steal! Someone brought them back an hour before I got there, and they aren't going to carry them anymore!)
Thought I smelled a shoe discussion...
Seriously, I could really learn a thing or twelve from you.

Hahah Serenity! Thanks! Thanks! What size do you need those Louboutins in? I have this red dress for a fundraiser that I need shoes for. Maybe we could share them!
