ML, How did you feel about S going to have tea w/X and OW?

You didn't mention.

You say not your problem but I catch some sense of you, like me, hoping that perhaps at some point X will wake up? I sense something that we have in common is that X's have not expressed regret or looked back; this makes closure difficult because we do wonder what on earth happened...and your situation struck me as particularly painful because he also rejected your S for such a long time.

Clothes--sounds like guilt to me.

But you are doing well to stay out of it and hope that S is able to have a better R w/X.
