A combination of a bad contractor and a loss of power make Owen and his family move in with his father. Meanwhile, Joe thinks that his daughter is being stalked by a former boyfriend.
Interestly at my new years eve party all my friends were talking about this show.
I finally watched my tape of the show last night. A lot of MLC things going on in this show. Owen have a meltdown because his father controlled him his whole life. Actually that situation looked a lot like my wife and her parents. Joe having a talk with the former BF. Terry actually looking in the mirror.
A lot of MLC things going on in this show. Anybody have anything else.
Maybe not MLC specifically, but the scene where Joe and his STBXW were face to face in the house after discussion the daughter's issues....very strained and distant....yet still having such intimate knowledge of each other...Ray Romano (and the actress) did a fine job of portraying that kind of a stressful moment in life....
One thing that stuck out to me was when Ray's character was in the car with his daughter's stalker ex-boyfriend and said something to the effect of needing to feel the worst you can feel before you can start to feel better. I thought that was good - needing to allow yourself to feel the pain before you can heal.
I agree OP, seemed to be a lot of MLC issues in the show.
I know everyone is waiting for this post: (except Jack)
